With winter now in full swing and the mercury at its lowest, we’re sure there are many of you who would like to get a brand new fireplace installed – and we’re here to ensure you that you still can, quickly and safely.

While these are uncertain times, if you book a fireplace installation appointment with us, our diligent staff will be do their best to put your mind at ease by always taking the following precautions:

• Face masks will be worn at all times by your engineer
• Products will be cleaned down before and after installation
• We ask our customers to adhere to social distancing measures when we’re in their homes
• Hand sanitiser is kept on staff at all times and they will use it frequently
• One-way systems and social distancing measures are in place in our offices. COVID-safe measures are in place wherever our employees are present, not just your home.

While we understand that a new fireplace is exciting and you’ll be anxious to watch the work in progress, we ask that you leave the engineers in the room they are working in. If possible they will be carrying out the job with a window open.

When the engineer has completed their work, they will discuss any details of the project from the outside of your home, ensuring that any time we spend in your home is minimised.

Given the current circumstances, our showroom is now closed to the general public, but this doesn’t mean that you can’t benefit from the expertise of our staff. Our trained fireplace experts are on hand over the phone to answer any queries regarding making online purchases or to take any sweep and servicing enquiries.
