This was one of our major summer projects in 2017. Hogarth House is a listed building in the heart of Richmond upon Thames and required thirteen fireplaces which were made bespoke or refurbished.
There were several obstacles that needed to be overcome in the property, especially with it being a listed building. Luckily, with over 18 years’ experience we were able to achieve a standard that surpassed expectations.
We were able to adeptly handle each problem and we completed a great deal of restoration work, building bespoke fireplaces to sympathetically match the originals. We also installed a special FuranFlex flue lining to all thirteen fireplaces to comply with building regulations, ensuring the work was suitably tailored to listed and graded buildings.
