HETAS/Engineer Position

We are a rapidly expanding business that has had double digit growth year on year over the past several years. We are experts in our field, covering London, Surrey and surrounding areas, and up to around a 20 mile radius of Wimbledon.

We now have an opening for a qualified HETAS Engineer/Gas Safe Engineer to join our specialist team. The role involves the installation of all types of fireplaces, gas fires, wood burning and multi-fuel stoves and appliances. We also install flue liners, chimney systems and very contemporary and high-quality traditional fireplaces. A driving licence is essential, as well as being comfortable with working at heights.

We are, however, also open to taking on an experienced builder, ideally with multi-trade experience and a good handle on the general make-up of residential properties. A keen self-starter, adept at managing your own time, you’ll be well-used to working on refurbishment projects with or without assistance. If you are the right person, the company will provide you with the training to gain the relevant certifications.

• The salary for this role will be based upon experience and qualifications
• The standard hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and overtime on Saturdays working 9am to 2pm
  • Starting paid holiday of 28 days per year including bank holidays, increasing to 33 paid days over 5 years
• Will be required to work across London and the surrounding areas
• Company vehicle provided as well as tools once you have completed a 2 month trial
