Book to visit

All visits to our showroom need to be booked beforehand. This is to ensure each visitor receives a high level of personal attention and advice during their time at the showroom.

For example, knowing about your visit beforehand will allow us to switch on any fireplaces or stoves you’re interested in so you can view them in their full glory. This also helps the environment by ensuring not all fireplaces are switched on constantly.

What happens at your visit?

We want you to get the most value from your visit – this means dedicated time with one of our advisors.
During the visit, we’ll ask you questions about your property, showing you fireplaces or stoves that would fit with your current house or room size. We’ll also answer any questions you have about our full-service approach which also includes installation, removals and safety checks.

Based on what we discovered during your booking call, we’ll also have all the relevant brochures ready for you to take home at the end of your visit.
